“Garaşsyz, Bitarap Türkmenistanyň Döwlet Gimni” (English: “National Anthem of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan”) is the national anthem of Turkmenistan. It was composed by Veil Mukhatov and the lyrics were written collectively, though originally written by former president Saparmurat Niyazov (Turkmenbeshi).

From the dissolution of the USSR up until 1996, Turkmenistan still used the previous anthem wordless. The new anthem was adopted on 27 September 1996 by the People’s Council of Turkmenistan in Bayramali. It was used until 2008, where mentions of Turkmenbeshi in the lyrics were replaced.

“Garaşsyz, Bitarap Türkmenistanyň Döwlet Gimni” (İňlisçe: “National Anthem of Independent Neutral Turkmenistan”) bolmak döwlet gimni Türkmenistan. Ol duzmek bilen Weli Muhatow we tekst ýazmak bilen köplük, emma ol birinji ýazmak bilen öňki prezident Saparmyrat Ataýewiç Nyýazow (Türkmenbaşy).

Ýykylmakde Sowet Soýuzy çenli 1996, Türkmenistan entek ulan bu öňki gimni gürrüňsiz. Bu täze gimni ogullyga boýunça 27 Sentýabr 1996 bilen Halk Maslahaty içinde Baýramaly. Ol ulan çenli 2008, nirede geljekkide Türkmenbaşy içinde bu tekst çalşyr.
