HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I can't believe how fast we made it onto 2021! Hope this year is treating you well so far.
It has been. almost a month since Mr Olympia 2020 PEAK WEEK.
Safe to say, by those cheeks and that little double chin I have been enjoying myself a lot (by a lot, I mean A.L.O.T.S) since the show, can't wait to share with you all my foodies ventures. Got some time off and I am glad to get back in somewhat of a routine and inspired more than ever for what's to come! This will be my first proper off season since 2016, I believe, before winning my pro card. I have biiiiiig hopes and expectations on myself for this improvement season and even though it won't contain any shreds any time soon, I hope you are all as excited as me to follow me through this journey!!!

In this video, cooking with me one of my favourite "Chicken" meal. deconstructed TACO SALAD:
- Chicken breast fried in the pan with taco seasoning (anywhere between 4-6oz has been my portions)
- Lettuce
- All sort of veggies
- Cilantro avocado yogourt dressing
- Sweet and spicy mustard
- Salsa
- Sliced avocado.

At the moment, I am not following any specific diet but focusing on getting at least all my protein in! The rest is pretty much to my freedom.

Before my workout:
1/2 scoop PreHD Ultra SourPeach (stim)
1/2 scoop PreHD Elite (non-stim)

Workout quad/glutes:
My new lower body workout split looks like (example)
Monday : Glutei focused
Wednesday: Legs
Saturday: Quads + Glutei

Here is what I did:
- Lunges warm up
- Smith Machine hip thrust
- Front Squats
- Abductor machine in superset with
- Cable Pull throughs
- Leg extensions
