In no particular order, here are the funniest scenes of Mr. Burns being his usual snobby, elitist, spoiled, mean self. It's pretty funny that Maggie Simpson bested him at least twice. These are some of my favorites.

Scene 1 - From "$pringfield" - The Simpsons parody Howard Hughes who was a known germophobe who didn't venture out of his room...

Scene 2 - From "Who Shot Mr. Burns Pt 2" - Mr. Burns tries to take a lollipop from Maggie Simpson.

Scene 3 - From "Old Man and the Lisa" - Mr. Burns gets into a fight with Lisa over recycling.

Scene 4 - From "Rosebud" - Mr. Burns tries to take a teddy bear from Maggie Simpson.

Scene 5 - "The Old Man and the Lisa" - Mr. Burns goes grocery shopping.

Scene 6 - From "Homer Goes to College" - Mr. Burns tells Homer he has to pass Nuclear Physics 101

Scene 7 - From "Last Temptation of Homer" - Homer and his coworker order room service on the company bill, which sets off an alarm in Mr. Burns' office.

Scene 8 - From "Burns' Heir" - Mr. Burns has a flashback while drowning in his bath.

Scene 9 - From "Lisa the Vegetarian" - Mr. Burns says he will donate $1,000,000 to the local orphanage.

Scene 10 - From "Homer the Smithers" - Mr. Burns calls Homer from his house to answer his phone and do some tasks.

Scene 11 - From "Marge Gets a Job" - Marge threatens to sue Mr. Burns for firing her because she is married.

Scene 12 - From "Burns' Heir" - Mr. Burns tells the town that he will hold auditions for a male heir to his vast, vast, VAST fortune. Vast.

Scene 13 - From "Homer Goes to College" Mr. Burns attempts to convince the university board to accept Homer as a student, and when they refuse, he tries a more direct form of persuasion (parody of The Untouchables)

Scene 14 - From "Two dozen and one Greyhounds" - Mr. Burns reveals his plans for the greyhounds he bought.
