Two more lawsuits have been filed against Jerry Hernandez, the driver of a concrete pump truck that crashed into a Hays CISD school bus in Bastrop County on March 22nd, 2024, bringing the total number of lawsuits to six, with plaintiffs seeking millions in damages from Hernandez, his employer FJM Concrete, and its CEO Frank Martinez.
