On the day toll prices went up on all Sydney motorways, the NSW Government has now been forced to reveal more than 120,000 drivers are caught up in the double charging e-tag failure.

7NEWS has revealed one driver has been overcharged $57,000, and there are thousands of others.

Despite a week of promises from NSW Metropolitan Roads Natalie Ward, they are still waiting for their money back.
