There is some gen Gerard/drac!Frank, but take it as you will. The short version is that this vid is about Draculoid!Frank and the Killjoys bid to save him. The longer version, however...

***VID PLOT***
In the beginning, the killjoys prepare to head into Battery City to rescue their fallen friend Fun Ghoul (Frank), who was captured by BLI and turned Draculoid. They're wreckless and get noticed by the BLI surviellance immediately. Frank sees them getting out of the car and doesn't know what to do.

They fight, none more crazed as Party Poison (Gerard), who is determined to find Frank and save him, but once he's cornered by Korse it seems like it's all been for nothing.

Frank runs in then and sees this, he's hit with memories of his past with the killjoy, and how Korse treats him and the other Dracs. Without a second thought he shoots Korse in the back of the head. Party Poison collapses and Frank runs to him, knowing he can't stay he tears off his mask and flees the building. When Gerard comes to he picks up the drac mask and recognises it as Frank's.
