So last night we were watching Fawlty Towers :) It was the famous Waldorf salad episode…and really put me in the mood for making a Waldorf salad, so I did! :) Super easy to make as you can see from my 4 minute video! But surprisingly tasty with a lovely combination of ingredients…it just works! Have a go and hope you enjoy,

What I used: Serves 4 as a side dish

3 Medium Pink Lady apples - cored and diced
A good handful of walnut halves - lightly toasted
A good handful of raisins or halved grapes
3 Ribs of celery - diced

Dressing-
70g (1/3 cup) Mayonaise
70g (1/3 cup) Plain yogurt
The juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 Teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1-2 Teaspoons sugar
