Day 4: Nutrition and Detoxing/Cleansing.
- Detox: Removes toxins from the body through dietary changes, fasting, or supplements. - Cleanse Short-term dietary program to remove specific foods or food groups to jumpstart weight loss or improve digestion. -Fasting: fasting supports both detoxing and cleansing. It means refraining from food for a period of time. On the other hand, starving means not having the option to eat or not. Food is just not available. Today’s homework: Go back and watch videos you may have missed earlier in the week, get your workout in for today, and create your why. And continue fasting.
