The 16 Personality Types: INFJ |
|
INFJs in the Myers-Briggs personality system rely on Introverted Intuition, Extraverted Feeling, Introverted Thinking, and Extraverted Sensing. Behavioral stereotypes can be limiting and not fully explain the mental processes and motivations behind the stereotypes. In this video, we dive into the actual cognitive processes (as defined by Carl Jung) and discuss tendencies associated with each one. The hope is that the information presented will provide a language for INFJs (and the people that love them) to use when discussing relationships, careers, and overall lifestyle. This will also prepare you for our podcast premiering at the end of 2020. The podcast series serves to present several months work of research. This dataset focused on tracking patterns across MBTI type and the education system. One of the episodes will be dedicated entirely to INFJs, including the analysis of over 100 INFJ interviews regarding their educational experience and learning style and how the system can better accommodate INFJs in multiple facets.
