Here's the webtoon (interactive version) of my Inuyasha Doujinshi "After Kagome's Return" - part 17 -

"After Kagome's Return" story takes place right after Kagome came back from modern era to Sengoku, and it aims to explore what happened between her and Inuyasha before they got married, as to fill the parts happened right before and after the scenes we already know (i.e., when Kagome calls Sesshomaru "Big Brother"! XD).

And what happened before Moroha's birth?
How did they live their life?And what about the marriage?!

Actually we don't know much about what went on the moments after Kagome was pulled out of the well from Inuyasha, so the Doujinshi tries to fill some doubts and holes...
