video thumbnail
Balance and falls can be a number one concern for families experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment. Maintaining the ability to balance can decrease your risk for falls, which are the number one cause of fractures, hospital admissions for trauma, and loss of independent living.

Join Megan Nare from Emory University's Cognitive Empowerment Program for a chair yoga session designed to increase balance and awareness. Great for beginners and all bodies!
