Stephen Fowler is a politics reporter for Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) in Atlanta. He first first for GPB's 'All Things Considered' as the afternoon news producer, reporter, and fill-in host. His reports can be heard on programs such as 'On Second Thought', 'Here and Now', and 'Marketplace'.
