ZTE Axon 40 Ultra | Triple 64MP Cameras and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (2022) |
|
Today, ZTE officially announced the camera specs of the as yet unannounced flagship Axon 40 Ultra. It will receive three lenses: main, wide-angle and periscope with 5x magnification, 64 MP each. The main sensor and periscope will be equipped with optical stabilization. They also promise the ability to record 8K video on each of them, although the usefulness of this solution remains questionable.
The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra display also promises to be interesting. This is an OLED matrix with independent pixel drive technology, which will make the pixel density over 400ppi and minimize the difference in brightness of different areas of the display. The screen will also get rounded sides and very thin frames at the top and bottom. It is even more interesting to look at the implementation of the 44-megapixel front camera in the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, located under the screen. After all, ZTE has already used this technology in the Axon 20 and Axon 30, but its implementation left much to be desired. We will find out whether the new generation will be able to bring it to the road on May 9, when the presentation of ZTE Axon 40 Ultra will take place. The price of the base model will be about $750, and the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen1 will be responsible for its work. As a result, we can say that the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra will be very interesting, but ZTE software has never been famous. And there is no reason to think that this time something will change. And do not wait for an adequate price tag. #ZTEAxon40Ultra #ZTE #Axon40Ultra |
