30 MIN KETTLEBELL HIIT WORKOUT |Intense KB | Powerful | Full Body (Beginners & Advanced)

Hey team #everydaywarrior ! You wished for another KB workout – so here we go.

30 Minutes of fun and challenging HIIT exercises and also strength work included. After a little warm up without KB, we will work in 20 different supersets. Burning lots of calories and sweating guaranteed. You can surely choose between AMERICAN (above head) and RUSSIAN KB SWINGS (regular).

After the warm up I show you the right technique of the american KB swings. It’s important that you swing with a proper form, since this workout includes lots of swinging.

Anyway: this workout can be accomplished by different fitness levels, as you can choose between different weights modify some exercises and slow down.
If you don’t have a KB this workout can also be performed with a bagpack, or DB.

D e t a i l s:
*warm up
*30 MIN workout:
*30 sec of an exercise, 30 sec of swings as a superset, 30 sec REST
*cool down stretches

Equipment:
*I am using a 12 kg KB (it was tough form me though)
*a mat, sth. to drink and a towel for sure
*In case you wonder: I am using liquid chalk for the grip (all sweaty everything)

Remember, we all are different – make this your OWN workout as usual. Feel free to take some more breaks if you need them. Make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising, since we are working with weight it is even more important.
