Hello folks!

And a very warm welcome back to What’s For Tea :) I made a lovely tablet ice cream. This is such a simple recipe which requires only 3 ingredients for the base…which will give you a lovely vanilla ice-cream.

I added some Scottish tablet, which is a melt in the mouth sweet confection…similar to fudge but a bit harder and crumblier :) you can add whatever flavourings and toppings you prefer…add some Baileys Irish cream, Amaretto or your favourite liqueur for a boozy adult twist! Have fun, and enjoy :)

ShoppingList:

Double cream - also known as heavy cream - 700ml (3 cups)
Sweetened condensed milk - 400g (14 oz)
Pinch of salt

Vanilla extract - 3 Teaspoons
Scottish tablet - 250g (2 cups)


**add 100ml (1/2 cup) of Baileys Irish cream, Amaretto, or your favourite liqueur for a boozy kick**
