Defence Minister Peter MacKay explains what the mission involved, and says it is a joyous day to be welcoming home the HMCS Charlottetown. Sailors on board the HMCS Charlottetown were greeted with tears, kisses and hugs as the ship docked in Halifax Tuesday morning. |
