President Joe Biden delivers his 2022 State of the Union Address to a joint session of the US Congress and Supreme Court. In his speech, he gave his promise to LGBTQ Americans, assuring us that he would pass the #EqualityAct if the Senate got the bill to his desk and promising transgender Americans that he would stand up to defend them after Texas and Florida have recently set an onslaught of policies to destroy LGBTQ American freedoms. We thank him for his remarks and promises but we will hold President Biden to these promises going forward.
