I hope you enjoy PART TWO of my Pilates Class in my new Advanced Series! Part One was all about the core as well as some lower body strengthening and stretching. Part Two we’ll flip over and work the posterior chain and really focus on strengthening and toning the back and the booty. I have some fun new exercises in this workout including a challenging full body combination that we’ll finish with. Remember, it's all about HOW you work! I've been doing Pilates for many many years and I still manage to "feel the burn" and get sore. If you tell me, "it was too easy" I will just respond with, "you didn't work hard enough!"
