I hope you enjoy this one ladies ! Just remember you have to eat enough of the right foods to reach your goals, whether that would be to put on weight or lose it ! ššŖš¼ā£ā£
ā£ā£ This is my current diet at the minute to stay relatively lean whilst working on gradually building up my strength.ā£ā£ ā£ I eat my meals 3 hours apart, first one being at 6am. Last one normally around 7pm. ā£ My chicken and rice are split into 3 meals. So altogether Iām having 5 meals in a day.ā£ ā£ā£ Iām 5ā7 1/2ā (171cm) and weigh 60KG and I live a VERY active lifestyle! I drink around 3 litres of water a day. I usually burn between 1800 - 1900 calories most days (according to my Fitbit) and I walk around 15000 steps each day.
