This video was created to help ANY real estate beginner or newbie to find a deal by utilizing websites like realtor.com, zillow.com, or redfin.com. These websites mimic listings from the multiple listing service (MLS) that most realtors use to find real estate deals. In this video, I go over my personal goals, mindset, perspective, and explain some information by walking through the steps I would take to find a deal for myself. For me, I am doing research and analysis in the San Antonio, Texas market.
