Welcome to my 12 week fitness Journey! My goal is to lose 30 pounds and decrease my body fat percentage from 35% to 16-20% body fat. I will be documenting my journey and posting a video every day so everyone can follow along. I will be sharing my workouts, what I eat in a day and how I am changing for the better. This will not be easy but I got THIS! We got this! & I am happy to take ya'll along for the ride. I hope this helps someone else get motivated and disciplined to live a healthier lifestyle as well.
