The sleuths of CCS LB Nagar along with LB Nagar Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate jointly made sincere efforts. On credible information today i.e. on 23.06.2021 at 07.00 hours at GSI Bandlaguda, Nagole apprehended seven accused persons under suspicious circumstances. On questioning they confessed and revealed the following offence: -

Modus operandi (MO) – The A6 Nagendra Prasad is a distance relative of A7 Murali Krishna and he brought his friend A1 Pavan to Hyderabad to work with A7 Murali Krishna. The A1 Pavan observed all the movements and Trade Profit Fund deals of A7 Murali Krishna and displayed currency while he was assisting the A7

Murali Krishna and he thought that the cash in the bags is original about 10 to 12 Crores. On seeing A7 Murali Krishna luxury maintenance an idea flashed in the mind of A1 Pavan to commit theft of huge currency from A7 Murali Krishna house and the same was intimated to A6 Prasad, he also expressed his willing to commit theft of money from A7 Murali Krishna offences. As per their plan A1 and A6 went to their native place Piduguralla on 14.06.2021 and told the same story to their villagers A2 to A5 all are agreed to commit theft and also engaged one Etios car B.No. AP02BR5150 and on 15/06/2021 about 1030 hours they kept A5 at Wadapally Check post Andhra Telangana boarder and came to Bandlaguda, Nagole. The A1 paste a fake number sticker on the original number of the car and night at 22.15 hrs went to A7 Murali Krishna house, while the A1 & A4 are waiting in front of the house in Etios Car, the A2 & A3 entered into the house and opened the main door lock by using available keys which are given by A1 Pavan and opened the bedroom lock with a cutter and committed theft of two trolley bags and fled away from the spot. The A6 properly guide them by saying the situation to them on “WhatsApp” call with A5 was waiting at Wadapally boarder. They crossed Choutuppal and opened the bag and saw there is no Gems or Diamonds and found all fake 2000 note bundles except (16) 2000 original notes kept on the top of each bundle. As such due to Police fear they purchased petrol in a petrol bunk near Narkatpally and stopped the car aside on the road and set fire two bags along with fake notes. A1 kept the original (16) 2000 notes Rs. 32,000/- with him and went to Piduguralla.

BRIEF HISTORY OF OFFENDERS: – The A7- Bellam Konda Murali Krishna Sharma was a native of Gullapalli village of Piduguralla Mandal. He studied 10th class at Kanumuru village of Krishna district. In the year 2006 he was shifted to Vijayawada and staying in his own house in Suryaraopet Vijayawada city. He eking livelihood Gems stones to the public. In the year 2017 he opened “Bhaktinidhi website” and sales the gem stones through online. He has given live TV shows about Gems and Astrology in Sakshi, TV5 and other channels. In the year 2019 June month one Nooruddin met him in Vijayawada and he explained about TPF (Trade Profit Fund) to A7.
