To help you with choosing right career, we have invited India's renowned Career Expert Raizada Sorabh Bali who will provide his expert guidance and career tips in hindi to help students of schools in India to choose a right career in their life. This Video is also helpful for parents as they can guide their children in career counselling.

My first question in this educational video for students is - Is Career Counselling important for students? What kind of role does career counselling play in life of students?

As per Career Guru, Sorabh Bali, counselling is important, but something is more important than counselling which is called career coaching. Counselling is a function whereas coaching is a process. As career decision is an important decision, it should not be taken in few minutes, few hours or just one or two days, it requires proper time and step by step process to choose a right career. So if you are thinking on how to decide your career, you should go by career coaching.

My next question in this Career Video is that what kind of coaching is required?
Answer: Just like any sports team has coaches, for example a cricket team has various coaches, coach of balling, batting, fielding and one more important: physiotherapist. Similarly, the process of career guidance also needs various coaches. One should identify and follow these coaches to select right career in life.

My further question in this career tips video was: Who are these coaches? What is the process of selecting right field with help of these coaches?
These coaches are always with you every minute, while sitting at home, eating, chatting, sleeping etc. You do not need to go to temple, school or hospital etc. These coaches are: You, Parents, Teachers and Friends.

Another doubt regarding setting career goals is: A student, himself is confused and is not able to choose from various career options, how a confused child himself can be a career coach.
Answer: A student has to research various career options to know his interest and bent of mind. He can only coach himself to know his inclination and fascination. He needs to work out that which career lines fascinate him more and which are not of his taste. He needs to go through a process which is termed by him as Career Internship. In this process called career internship, one has to research different careers like career in medical sciences, careers in engineering, career in finance, career in marketing, career in law etc. One has to research around 60 to 70 careers,
