Today, Anyman brings you "Shoninki Jo": the introductory scroll of the Shoninki. Originally written by Natori Masazumi in the 17th century, this is the original manual for covert operatives in the Kishu province of Japan. This particular version was translated from French to English by Jon E. Graham, and from modern Japanese to French by Editions Albin Michel. For a better version, check out Don Roley's translation. Don Roley is a Shidoshi with the Bujinkan, an organization which instructs in material from nine different schools of samurai warfare. Roley is also certified with the highest literacy rating in Japanese. While not quite as good, Antony Cummins and his translator, Yoshie Minami, have their own translation as well; it's better than the one by Jon E. Graham, as it's a direct translation from Japanese to English, by a native Japanese citizen.

YOU have the power.
You ARE the power.
Use it wisely;
Use it well.

Anyman does what anyone can.
Anyone can be Anyman... even you!
