In this video I demonstrate how to perform a Tri-Set for Triceps and Biceps. There are three different exercises in a tri-set. In this video I do a 5-10-20 rep scheme for each set. I am trying to stimulate both slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers by doing this. Make sure you are properly warmed up before starting any exercise. Today I did 20 minutes on the LifeCycle and 10 minutes of Core before starting my routine. I also keep a Training Log to document all of my training and diet.
