Across Europe and around the world, our ‘normal’ way of life has been turned upside down. COVID-19 has forced us to change the way we interact, work, and live our lives. 2020 has shown us that these are not temporary changes, but ones that will be with us for the long-run. There will be no quick return to the ‘old normal’.

While many things are uncertain, it’s not all doom and gloom. During much of 2020, there has been a sense of chaos, but the situations we have had to face have also brought about opportunities to rethink and reinvent.
