Although Mr. Teodor doesn't have PhDs, books or studies published He do have a strong feeling of care regarding children and their education with over 20 years of experience of working with children around the world. His educational philosophy is very simple: If the children are happy, they can learn anything no matter what the content or skill is, they can do and achieve anything they want! But recently, many children seem to have a very high level of dissatisfaction in their lives. Teodor hopes to dive into why students feel this way and how we can learn from countries that are very happy and what we can learn from them. As an educator who has taught children for over 20 years, Teodor hopes to raise awareness on the sudden decline of mental health among teens worldwide.
