CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN THIGHS |

Ingredients;
5 - 8 Pieces of Chicken Seasonings of Choice 2 Large Eggs 4 Tbsp of Water Flour for Dredging Directions 1. Season chicken with your favorite seasonings. 2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, hot sauce, water and a little of the same seasonings used on the chicken. 3. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of one of hour. 4. After marinating, bring to room temperature. 5. Dredge in flour and let rest on a wire rack for 15 minutes, This will develop a nice crust when frying. 6. Deep fry in oil, at least 350 degrees. 7. Fry for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the parts of chicken you are using. 8. Once chickens are golden brown and floats, serve hot with your favorite sides or as a sandwich. Enjoy!
