VEGAN SMASHED CHICKPEA AVOCADO SANDWICH
Recipe: 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed 1 avocado1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Pepper 1/2 tomato finely chopped 1 whole grain bagel or preferred bread Add all ingredients except the tomato to a bowl, and using a potato masher or the back of a fork, mash until a thick consistency is achieved.
