Here’s another 60 minute full body Pilates class! We’ll move the whole body to strengthen, lengthen, tone and stretch in this integrated Pilates routine. You will feel energized when you are done! We’ll start the class by mobilizing the spine and warming up the abs before moving onto the rest of the body. This full body pilates routine utilizes many of the traditional pilates exercises, with modifications as needed. No props are used, just you and your mat!
