Earthquake tremors rattled Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and northern India as a magnitude 3.1 quake struck near Haryana's Faridabad, with the epicentre located 9 kilometres from the city and a depth of kilometres. The tremor occurred at around 4:08 pm, marking the second such event this month in the national capital. Earlier in October, Delhi-NCR and several northern regions felt strong tremors following a series of earthquakes in Nepal, the most potent registering a magnitude of 6.2 on the Richter Scale on October 3.
