How to Listen to the Qi - Mindfulness! As a teenager I was forced to practice and learn Tai Chi Chuan or Tai Ji Quan 24 style and Yang style in order to get a black belt or black sash in Kung Fu. I am so happy they forced me to learn Tai Chi this way because now Tai Chi Chuan is one of my favorite Martial Arts and Mindfulness exercises to practice!
