The congressman who was arrested this month for D-U-I, then revealed he fathered a child during an extra-marital affair, is expected to announce he will not seek re-election. Fossella is married with three children.More stories of survival in China. Two men, trapped for more than a week were pulled from the rubble alive. Meantime, aftershocks continue to be felt near the earthquake's epicenter. The death toll from the quake is now more than 39 thousand. And Boston Red Sox lefthander Jon Lester has become the first pitcher to throw a no-hitter this season.
