In this video I show off where to pick up Scav Issue #5.
It gives the following bonuses:
+3 STR & END when you have less then or equal to 100 caps
+2 STR & END when you have less then or equal to 1000 caps
+1 STR & END when you have less then or equal to 10000 caps
You can get it from the Dry Rock Gulch Employee only area of Nuka World. However, to get here you will need to finish the main quest and restore the power in order to open the locked door with the terminal.
