The "American Pie" comedy film franchise may have not stood the test of time, but back when the first movie was released in 1999 it became a pop culture phenomenon. One of its most memorable and infamous characters was the obnoxious jock Steve Stifler. Stifler was played by Sean William Scott and the character made Scott an instant celebrity.
