Stoicism teaches four main virtues: courage, justice, wisdom, and moderation. By developing these virtues, one can live well and happily, regardless of external circumstances.

Marcus Aurelius, a Roman emperor and one of the most famous Stoic figures, wrote his thoughts in a book known as "Meditations". In this book, he explores various Stoic concepts and provides practical guidance on how to face difficulties in life with wisdom and honor.

Overall, Stoicism is a philosophy that offers a strong and practical view on how we should live. With a focus on internal control, acceptance of circumstances, development of virtues, and meditation practices, Stoicism can help one achieve true peace and happiness in life.
