Setting LibreOffice/OpenOffice To Act Like Microsoft Office |
|
In this brief video, I show you how to change the default file settings in LibreOffice and/or OpenOffice. You want to do this so when you create a document, it will be save in the .docx format. You also want to save spreadsheets like .xlxs and presentation documents so they act like PowerPoint.
After you make these setting changes, if someone sends you a file created in Microsoft Office, you'll be able open it correctly. If you start with a blank file, it will save as if it was done in MS Office. If you have any questions about this video, please use the comment area.
