Drag factor is as easy to adjust on the indoor rower as gears on a bike. But why is it common for the latter to be regularly changed during a training session but not the former? With this discussion we explore how and why using variable damper settings on the indoor rower can produce a more targeted neuromuscular adaptation during a training session.
