Southeast Asia is being battered by a third tropical cyclone in as many weeks. At least two people are dead and four others remain missing as Typhoon Vamco lashes the Philippines. As Manny Tsigas reports, parts of the region are still recovering from Super Typhoon Goni, which left at least 30 people dead or missing.
