Skoda Superb 2022 review: Family five-door hatch lives up to its name - better than Passat, Mazda6? |
|
Is the Skoda Superb as good as the name makes it out to be?
It's hardly new, with this current generation model having been around for seven years. And it's hardly game-changing in terms of powertrains, with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. But what it is, according to family reviewer Emily Agar, is a terrific alternative to its competitors - the Mazda 6 and Volkswagen Passat - and the sort of car that more family-car customers should be looking at. With an unconventional five-door hatchback (Liftback) bodystyle, five seats and an enormous luggage capacity, it's a compelling car. But is it worth the circa $64,000 (AUD) asking price? 00:00 Intro 01:02 Pricing and features 01:35 Design 02:16 Practicality 08:23 Driving 09:55 Efficiency 10:19 Safety 10:54 Ownership 11:41 Verdict Read Emily's full review: https://carsgui.de/3uusVl5 See more at our Superb hub: http://carsgui.de/2ljqtMs Read more family reviews: http://carsgui.de/2qpbJia CarsGuide - Go beyond the test drive Check us out: http://www.carsguide.com.au Subscribe to our channel: http://carsgui.de/2aMzFTT Follow us on Twitter: http://carsgui.de/2ah6eta Like us on Facebook: http://on.fb.me/17kv9Ui See our Instagram: http://carsgui.de/2aQ0M1H #skoda #skodasuperb #familycars #carsguide #sedan #carreview |
