Student-led conversation on cultural perspectives of nutrition and its impact on physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness. Students examine socioeconomic, cultural, and public health implications of food access with a particular focus on immigrant and refugee communities and vulnerable populations who rely on assistance for their nutritional needs.
