'The Blessed Eid' is a remake of the legendary Bangla song for the holy Eid-Ul-Fitr 'O Mon Ramjaner Oi Rojar Sheshe' by the great luminary, Ustaz and Sufi Poet-Musician Kazi Nazrul Islam. However, only the melody of the original has been used in this remake. The words and other initial aspects are created newly. The message of Nazrul's legendary song is remaining intact. So is the energy and colour of festivity and sounds of euphoric celebration.

Like the legendary piece by Nazrul, this song also calls the people for a divine celebration of the spirit of Islamic Eid. It's an annual jamboree for Muslims all around the world. Muslims all gather on this day and put aside their differences and hatred, embrace their human brothers even putting aside the religious boundaries. They remember to enlighten their conscience with the beauty of brotherhood, humanity, and love. The universal compassion for everyone is very much acute in this celebration. Like Nazrul invites us all to join in this holy gathering, this song is an invitation as well.

'The Blessed Eid' is slightly different from Ishrak's most works. This song has more of an Indian/Urdu colour of musical style than the Persian/Arabian Maqam. The vibrant music of festivity and celebration is assured.
