Color video of Donn F. Draeger & Sean Connery at Himeji Castle in 1966...

Donn F. Draeger was a US Marine Corps captain who served in WWII and then lived in Japan in the post-war period, studying and documenting Japanese budo.

The only other videos of him I can find show him performing embu (demonstration) kata of some of the koryu he studied. These videos show him from quite far away.

In 1966, he was the stunt coordinator for the James Bond movie "You Only Live Twice," starring Sean Connery. There are lots of still photos available of Draeger interacting with Sean Connery on the set, but I found this video of him buried inside a longer clip of behind-the-scenes footage from the movie set.

I don't know where this behind-the-scenes footage is from, but I suspect it is some of the extra material on one of the DVD releases of the film. It would be nice if someone could produce/provide a clearer/remastered version of this video.
