A person can change his luck by his hard work. Jairam Banan, the owner of Sagar Ratna restaurant, is a direct example of this. Those who once used to do a job for only 18 rupees a month. He used to wash dishes in a dhaba.

He had even left the house fearing his father's beating. But instead of giving up, he trusted his hard work and today he has opened a food chain worth crores of rupees. The specialty of his restaurant is that it is a vegetarian restaurant. But despite this, not only Indians but also foreign guests come here with great interest and enjoy the food.

Today he owns more than 60 restaurants in the country and abroad and is earning crores every year. Not giving up on difficulties and the desire to do something on his own made Jairam Banan the owner of a big and famous restaurant chain. But his path was not easy.

इंसान अपनी मेहनत से अपनी किस्मत को भी बदल कर रख देता है। इस बात का प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण हैं सागर रत्ना रेस्टोरेंट के मालिक जयराम बानन। जो कभी मात्र 18 रूपये महीने की नौकरी किया करते थे। वह एक ढाबे में बर्तन धोने का काम करते थे।

पिता की पिटाई के डर से उन्होंने घर तक छोड़ दिया था। लेकिन हार मानने की बजाय उन्होंने अपनी मेहनत पर भरोसा किया और आज वह करोड़ों रूपये की फूड चैन खोल चुके हैं। उनके रेस्टोरेंट की खासियत यह है कि यह एक शाकाहारी रेस्टोरेंट है। लकिन इसके वाबजूद यहां केवल भारतीय ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशी मेहमान भी बड़े शौक से आते हैं और खाने का लुत्फ उठाते हैं।

आज यह देश और विदेशों में 60 से ज्यादा रेस्टोरेंट के मालिक हैं और हर साल करोड़ों की कमाई कर रहे हैं। कठिनाइयों से हार न मानते हुए और अपने दम पर कुछ कर दिखाने की चाह ने जयराम बानन को एक बड़ी और फेमस रेस्‍टोरेंट चेन का मालिक बना दिया। लेकिन उनकी यह राह आसान नहीं थी।
