The global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic may give rise to overwhelming fear and anxiety. Underlying so much of this anxiety is the fear of death: of what will happen and how it will happen. But if we don't face that fear, we can't be free of it. Fear of death is an opportunity for growth and transformation.
