The Recording Session That Almost Created Led Zeppelin! Were They Rock’s Predestined Band?
Hey everyone! On May 18th 1966, Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck from the English Rock band The Yardbirds joined The Who’s Drummer Keith Moon, John Paul Jones, and Nicky Hopkins to record Jeff Beck’s ‘Beck’s Bolero’! Many consider this session the session that almost produced the Rock band Led Zeppelin a full two years early! Who would have wound up in this alternative line-up if it had manifested at this early date? What name would they have chosen for the band? Who would they have got to sing lead vocals? These and many more questions are answered in my latest video, and Part 1 to my new series based on Led Zeppelin’s story! Don’t forget to give a thumbs up if you enjoy the video! Feel free to subscribe to ‘The Tribe’, and share my videos as well1 Enjoy! -Michael Noland- -The Bottom Line- |
