have come. Movies make millions from these edited movies, let alone from the self-generated
imaginary from a set shot. The special effects give the directors a whole new realm of a branch
of cinema to explore and create what only we can imagine in our minds. Nowadays it is hard to
imagine some blockbuster movies and tv shows without special effects, they are that common
now. But have you ever thought about how some of your favorite movies and shows look

Number 10.) Game of thrones
If you haven’t seen the game of thrones or are still trying to get done with it it's best you pause
the video until you complete it. We don’t want to spoil it for you but if you have, get ready to be
amazed. Let us take the famous episode called a fury unleashed: the loot train, from the 4 th
season for example in which the Lannister army was attacked by daenerys’ army of Dothraki and

her dragons In the air. These episodes, in which wars occurred, were the most difficult to make
because of the fact that expect the dragon flying in the air, most of the fight was recorded in real
life. The areas in the battlefield were actually exploded by carefully mined explosives. And yes
people were burnt in real like but we can sure you of the fact that no one got injured. But the best
part of the scenes was there was a dragon in the air with had to be man-made. The producers
used a whole set of new developing skills to create the dragon and daenerys herself flying on it.
All the shots from behind the army were made using the camera on cables and drones which is
extremely hard to get. But the game of thrones made it look like a piece of cake. After that, a
drone dragon was added to the scene for while Emelia Clark had to ride the drone dragon and
record the scene separately.

Number 9.) attraction
The computer design in this film is mind blowing. It is one of the most lowkey films out there. It
is kind of special because Russia isn’t known for its special effects film but this movie really
wins a place on this list for us. The fights In this film were all recorded with a green and blue
background with real people wearing costumes. The CGI in this film is brilliant as most of the
destruction part of this movie has been the effect of graphic designing. According to the director
of the movie, 50% of the movie is generated by a computer. Its really hard for the actors to
imagine invisible space aliens in just a blue background but if you watch the movie they have
done it so amazingly but the game that is why they are real actors and can act in any kind of area
and condition.

Number 8.) Logan
We all know that Hugh jackman is the perfect actor for the role of a wolverine. He is the only
one who can play it that brilliantly but have you thought how his claws are generated. Unlike the
other x men films, the movie doesn’t have many battles of the good with the bad guys.
Wolverine is not really a good guy himself. The movie is a brilliant show of the work of claws.
We see them tearing a person’s arms off sometimes in someone’s face and sometimes in the
chest. All that is possible using the special effects which are generated by computers. These
movies wouldn’t be real and what they are today if not for the CGI. It is the reason we can enjoy
the effect of those claws when they are mounted in the chin and ripping the face open. The
special effects make the movie looks so real that despite the fact that it doesn’t have many big
scale special effects, it has received great reviews and is one of the best movie of the series to

date.



Number 7.) San Andreas
You know what a movie is full of large scale special effects. a movie filled with catastrophes and
destruction like 2012 and san Andreas. No one is going to destroy a whole city for a 2 two hour
film so we give that job to a computer, well not literally. The designers of the movies had to
work overtime to create 13 hundred scenes in which special effects were the main.one of these
scenes in the destruction of the hoover dam which, according to the producers was on of the most
difficult scenes to create.
But that shows how good the scene really is that it looks absolutely
real.
