I LOVE THIS SCENE! It's from the very beginning of Gossip Girl 1x08 "Seventeen Candles" The music is "One Week of Danger" by The Virgins. Blair is so hilarious and sassy throughout. Chuck starts out smarmy and lecherous and then angry when he gets rejected (of course later on we find out later he has feelings for her so he's actually hurt more than angry). The banter is sharp and has that trademark Chuck and Blair sexual charge.
