The Delhi High Court on Monday listed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging the Enforcement Directorate’s summons to him in connection with the excise policy case for May 15. Kejriwal has also challenged the constitutional validity of certain provisions under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in regards to arrest, questioning and grant of bail. The AAP supremo was arrested by the ED on March 21 after being denied interim protection by the court.
