Biden says final US debt ceiling deal is ready for Congress vote

US President Joe Biden is urging members of Congress to vote for a deal he has negotiated with Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to raise the debt limit. The agreement increases the amount the government can borrow, avoiding a potentially catastrophic default.
But it is not clear if enough members of Congress will support the deal.
